Do we charge in different currencies?
No, the final price is fixed and will be charged in €. The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied when your account is debited.

Why can’t I order online?
Make sure you have a paypal account. If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, please go to www.paypal.com and register for free. Folta & Co accepts all credit cards affiliated to PayPal. Folta & Co also accepts payment via bank transfers only for Indonesian customers.

Should I include my phone number when ordering?
Yes, please ensure that a valid contact telephone number is added to all orders, including paypal and paypal express. The carrier needs this incase of any difficulty finding an address. Failure in providing one could result in a severe delay of your delivery.

How soon will I receive my order?
Orders will take up to 48 hrs to process and ship. Domestic orders will take 1-5 business days for delivery. International orders can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

When will I know my order has been shipped?
As soon as you have received your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email from us with your tracking number, you will know it has left our warehouse on this date.

Can I change my order once its placed?
Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
